Class Format
We offer small group fitness training for adults and teens. All levels welcome.
If you are a beginner, we welcome you to give us a try for free! Text Helena at 240-293-7304 to get your free weekly pass!
For busy parents with only 30 minutes to workout, our classes are designed with stopping points at 30 minutes or 45 minutes so choose when you need to stop and go!
